On our day in La Romana we opted for the Saona Carnival Special. The taxi situation is somewhat chaotic. Everybody leaves the ship at the same time, so be aware it is chaotic. Even so soon we were on our way to Bayahibe. At the SeavisTours office in Bayahibe we were plagued by a lot of vendors. I bought a hat and some souvenirs for great prices. Getting back to the tour, awesome with a lot of variation. They provide a lot of information and the crew is up to their tasks. They serve great rum cocktails while we were waiting for the lunch. On the sandbank I dreamed away, I really got the Caribbean feeling. I didn't want to leave this place, it was paradise. The entire day envolved without a glitch, I highly recommend this excursion when you dock in La Romana.. Our cruise stop in La Romana turned out to be our favorite, and only because the fantastic shore excursion we made with Seavis.!!!
