Calling the Bloodhound Gang!
Daryl Hannah is making a splash! She’s an approximately 3 year-old, 70 lb. Bloodhound from Alabama who just can’t help stealing hearts with her lanky looks and silly demeanor. Her southern and northern foster families both fell head over heels for the pup with “the best personality and energy of any dog we’ve had. She is sweet and goofy—playful, but in a very slow, Bloodhound way! She can be mischievous when it comes to eating things she shouldn’t (namely socks and other fabric!) but doesn’t really have any other bad habits whatsoever. She’s a world-class snuggler, loves saying hello with her nose, getting rubdowns and curling up with us on the couch or in bed. She is cat-friendly and plays well with other dogs—she is a gentle giant and never gets too rough with anyone.” We’ve determined that Daryl would be happiest in suburban or downright country surrounds where she can have a nice fenced-in yard away from all of the city hustle and bustle and can follow that nose to her heart’s content. She’s had some eye and skin issues common to bloodhounds that have responded well to treatment but are best managed according to breed specifics. Whoever adopts her will be getting the most Badass gal!
